Your room will be available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival. On departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10:00 AM. Late check-out is available on request.

Up to 30 days before arrival: free cancellation. Up to 14 days: 50%. Up to 7 days: 70%. No-show: 90%. Unused services will not be refunded.

The wellness area is open daily. Please check with reception for exact opening hours.
